Friday, August 13th – Monday, August 16th, 2010 WEEKEND TRIP TO SOUTHWESTERN COLORADO
We have 15 rooms reserved at the Best Western Twin Peaks in Ouray. People may pick from 2 queens or 1 king mountain view rooms. The deadline for reservations is 1-2 weeks before our trip. The number to call is 970-325-4427 and let them know that they are with the Viper Club. The group coordinator is Ryan and he can be reached at that number. The price is $134.99 which includes a full breakfast. There is plenty of parking and the hotel includes the Tiki Bar and a hot springs on site. As you probably all know, Ouray and Southwestern Colorado is called the “Switzerland of America.” The scenery is spectacular! Those who want to will rent jeeps (call 970-325-4427 and reserve one of the jeeps that we have held) to see some of the amazing back country and we’ll plan drives in the Vipers to some other amazing places.
